T G Suresh is the pioneer in forming the firm in 1990 having professionally qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He became the managing partner in 1994.
In addition to his chief executive role, he is responsible for the various bank and financial institutions audit and the consultancy department as well as taking a leading part in client relations and practice development. He is also a tax expert and has authored 3 books in the subject of Income tax. Besides he has also authored a book in financial management. He also heads the corporate and personal tax planning division of our firm.

K S Rangarajan qualified as a chartered accountant in 1970. After qualification K S Rangarajan joined the service sector in the same year and served with M/s Enfield India Ltd., M/s Lucas Tvs Ltd., M/s Amrutanjan Ltd., M/s Sivananda Steels group for about 25 years and finally joined the firm as a partner in 1996. K S Rangarajan has been with Suresh and Balaji for 08 years and handled a wide variety of clients including HCL Infosolutions Ltd., Ahne Investments Pvt. Ltd., Harisson Aquaculture Ltd.(A part of RPG Enterprise.). He has also had significant involvement in Corporate law issues and major consultancy engagements in the financial services sector.

K R Sripriya qualified as a chartered accountant in 1997. She has gained wide experience working for different accounting firms throughout the state.
Sripriya currently handles an extensive client portfolio. Her principal clients are various Nationalised banks and Corporate both private and public. She has also had significant involvement in development of procedure manuals for various private and public limited companies.
As technical partner, she is responsible for monitoring the firm's audit process, audit procedures, documentation, technical auditing and accounting matters, reporting formats and quality performance.

S Sridhar qualified as a Chartered accountant In 1998. He was a partner In Raghu Sriram Associates upto December 2003. The firm merged with Suresh and Balaji in December 2003. Sridhar specialises in corporate and personal taxation.

C Ramamurthy was also partner in Raghu Sriram associates till 2003. He is the Audit manager of the firm. He is a general practitioner with a bias towards audit and business consultancy. He handles DSC Motors (one of the leading vendor for HYUNDAI MOTORS) and other corporate and non corporate clients. He also heads Auditing and assurance standards division of the firm.
